Most traders treat printing as an exception. Here it is the default — because our customers are distributors who sell under their own name, not under ours.

We do not print certification marks on packaging unless the corresponding certificate is issued in your company's name. That decision belongs to your market's regulator — not to our brochure.

Yes. A physical roll at your specified thickness, width and length, produced in 7–10 days. Courier cost is on your account and deducted from the first order. If you need your own artwork printed on the sample box, add roughly one week for the proof.
We focus on the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Central Asia. We do not recommend the EU, US or India for Chinese-origin foil unless your importer holds an individual duty rate — all three carry anti-dumping measures on this product, and the landed cost usually kills the deal. If you are in one of those markets, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will say plainly whether it is workable.
Yes — that is the default, not an add-on. Send print-ready artwork as PDF, we return a proof and the carton dieline for approval before the run. Up to six colours. Barcode, net weight and legislation text are set to your market's requirements, and you approve every line of it.
30% T/T deposit with the order, balance against the bill of lading copy. L/C at sight is accepted for larger volumes. Terms are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before production starts.
25–30 days after artwork approval for printed orders, slightly faster for neutral packing. Add 3–5 days for the print proof at the front, and transit time on top. Pre-shipment photos are sent before the container is sealed.
Mill test certificates accompany every lot as standard. Third-party reports from SGS or Intertek can be arranged against FDA, EU 1935/2004 or LFGB requirements — tell us which one your customs or retailer needs and we quote the testing cost separately, so you are not paying for certificates you will never use.
LUYA TECH is the export division of a foil plant in Gongyi, Henan — the centre of China's aluminium flat-rolled industry. We are the factory's own sales arm, not a trading company representing somebody else's line.
That distinction is worth more than it sounds. There is no trading margin stacked between you and the plant; a specification change is a conversation with the line supervisor rather than a relay through three intermediaries; and a factory visit is a factory visit, not a meeting in a hotel lobby.
The plant runs slitting, rewinding and packing under one roof, with printing and carton work a few kilometres away, and draws coil from the rolling mills in the same industrial cluster — which is why a revised width or a new carton size turns around in days rather than weeks, and a sample can go out while the production run is still being scheduled. We ship through Qingdao and reply to enquiries within one working day.
